Cut off times are Monday to Friday  at 14h00, any orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day.  Please note there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances and goods cannot be collected from on a particular day, we will be in contact to notify you of any such delays.


1.  Blank Media offers various shipment services as offered to us from the designated courier company.  Overnight, express, economy and road freight services are available.  NB. Overnight and express deliveries may not be possible for regional/outlying areas, farms, townships, chain stores, etc.

2.  Weekends, and public holidays are not counted as delivery days. e.g. if parcel leaves us on a Friday on an overnight delivery/express delivery it will only be delivered on Monday morning, as long as Monday is not a holiday, or the next working day.

3.  Although we try to give out the most accurate shipping charges, there may sometimes be errors.  Blank Media reserves the right to correct and invoice out the shipping at the new corrected rate.

4. The courier service is a third party service provider and Blank Media cannot guarantee any delivery dates or times.  In the event that the delivery of any goods is delayed, hindered, prevented or interfered with by any circumstances or events not caused by Blank Media or its agents, Blank Media and its agents shall not be liable to the Purchaser for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused thereby.

5. Any courier damages should be advised within 48 hours of POD date and noted on the couriers waybill if possible.  We cannot be held liable for damages advised after this period, as these service providers will not cover any transit damages reported after this time.

6.  Should Blank Media or its agents deliver to your delivery address and there is no one available to accept the delivery (either yourself or a representative), Blank Media will be entitled to charge for the second delivery or can request that you, the Purchaser, collect the goods.

7. The cut-off time for all payments are 14h00, any payments received after this time will be released the following working day. i.e. payments received before 14h00 will be verified and goods released to courier on the same day if all in order.   All payments received after the cut off will be verified and released to courier the following working day.  Customers will be notified accordingly and tracking details updated.

8.  Blank Media does not offer any insurance for goods sent out with our online delivery service providers/couriers, once a courier/delivery service provider signs acceptance for your parcels and the parcels are released from Blank Media’s stated point of dispatch, the risk of loss or damage in the products shall pass to the Purchaser.  The courier/delivery service provider does offer an insurance option which can be chosen on checkout.  To make use of this option please ensure ticking the checkboxWould you like to include Shipping Insurance (optional)”  Please note the customer shall be responsible for the first amount or excess amount payable should a claim be made, these amounts can be requested from us via email at any given time.

9.  Click and Collect – This service is available to clients who rather collect their goods from our offices in Edenvale, Johannesburg either personally or by a representative. You may also send your own courier to collect but please advise us before collection so we can have the goods packaged for courier handling.  Should you wish to arrange a collection using you own couriers, please do not send through your couriers to collect until you have received a ready for collection notification from Blank Media.  Please ensure your courier knows who they are collecting for and how many orders they are collecting.  It is not our responsibility to print out or complete any waybills / details for your courier.  Once a courier signs acceptance for your parcels and the parcels are released from the Seller’s stated point of dispatch, the risk of loss or damage in the products shall pass to the Purchaser.

Our office hours for collection are:  Monday to Friday 10h00 to 15h00.  We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

10.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Returns Policy

1.  Regretfully Blank Media does not allow any refunds or returns unless authorized by the discretion of Blank Media Management, subject to a 20% handling charge.  The Purchaser will need to bring any requests for refunds or returns to the attention of Blank Media within 48 hours of acquiring the goods.  Please do not return orders without prior written consent from the Blank Media’s Management.  Any orders returned must be done so at your own expense directly to our offices in Edenvale, Johannesburg.    Branded goods will be charged in full and no branded or customised goods will be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

2.  Please note none of the items sold on our website carry a guarantee or warranty, and Blank Media will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect  damages or loss of any kind.  Once an order for any memory sticks has been collected from us, we unfortunately cannot accept a return on it.  Any opened packs of discs, we unfortunately cannot accept a return on it.  If a need arises for a return at the Blank Media’s discretion, the return will not be refunded, however either exchanged or credited to the Purchasers Blank Media account for use on future purchases.

3.  Blank Media takes no liability if the incorrect goods are purchased. Please ensure you have chosen the correct products and the correct quality grade.
