Release your album on USB
CD players are disappearing from cars and homes, but your fans still want something to hold, sign and keep. A premium USB flash pack is an album on USB. Your cover art goes on the front of the sleeve, the track list on the back, and the music is loaded on a USB branded with your artist name or logo, all in a clear case like a CD. It plays in car radios, laptops and TVs, and it’s ready to sell at your album launch, gigs and merch table.
We’ve printed and duplicated CDs for South African artists since 2005, so we know what a release needs to look like.
What’s in a premium flash pack
- A swivel USB in your choice of 9 colours, printed with your artist name or logo on one or both sides
- A 105 × 90mm sleeve printed in full colour on both sides: cover art on the front, track list and credits on the back
- A clear plastic case that’s ready for the merch table, retail shelves or posting to fans
- Your music loaded on every USB, plus any music videos, lyrics or a digital booklet you want to add
USB album prices
Prices exclude VAT and include the printed USB, the double-sided sleeve and the clear case. The price per pack drops at 100, 200, 300, 500 and 1,000 units.

Sleeve artwork
- Size: 105 × 90mm, plus 5mm bleed on each side
- Resolution: 300dpi, one file for the front and one for the back
- Only have your cover art and a track list? Choose “Make my artwork print ready” and our designers will lay out both sides for you.
How to prepare your music files
- Number your tracks so they play in order, for example 01 – Intro.mp3, 02 – Song name.mp3.
- Use MP3 for car radios. Nearly every car radio plays MP3s from a USB. Add WAV files in a separate folder for fans who want CD quality.
- Tag your tracks with the artist, album, track names and embedded cover art, so they look right on phones and car screens.
- Send everything in one folder using the WeTransfer link on the product page, and we’ll load it onto every USB.

How long does production take?
We send your proof the next working day. Your packs are ready 3–4 working days after you approve it, so book in good time before your launch date.
Will the USB play in a car radio?
Most modern car radios play MP3 files from a USB. Load your tracks as MP3s numbered in order and they’ll play like a CD.
Can you design my sleeve?
Yes. Choose “Make my artwork print ready”, then send your cover art, track list, credits and logos. We’ll lay out the front and back and send you a proof.
Can I add music videos?
Yes. Choose 4GB or larger and add your videos as MP4 files in their own folder.
