Our layout fee is a once-off charge that covers preparing your artwork for DTF printing with a step-and-repeat layout:

Setting up your image to repeat seamlessly across the print area
Minor clean-ups to ensure your file is print-ready

Note: This fee only applies to the step-and-repeat setup of a single image. It does not include full graphic design services or major edits.

Place Your Order

1. Upload Your Artwork

Create your gang sheet at 560mm x 1000mm.
Can’t create one?
Select the “Same Artwork step and repeat” or
"Different artworks" option and upload your artwork files or email your images to in**@***********co.za — we’ll do the layout for you.

2. We Print

Once we receive your gang sheet, we’ll print and have it ready for collection or dispatch within 1–3 business days
Need an order urgently ? select the Rush Service option. This option ensures your order will be ready for collection or dispatch by close of business the next working day.

3. Place Your Order & Make Payment

Proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely online.

4. You Press

Use a heat press to apply your prints onto garments — works on almost any fabric.

File Format & Setup Guidelines ▶

✅ Accepted formats: PNG (preferred) or PDF
✅ Background: Transparent (no background)
🧼 Make sure the background is fully transparent
🖼️ Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
📏 Size your artwork to the actual dimensions you want printed
⚠️ Avoid scaling up low-res images — they will print blurry

🎨 Use RGB color mode
📌 Convert text to outlines or rasterize text layers
🔍 Avoid pixelated or low-quality logos
🚫 No need to mirror — we’ll handle that for you

If you’re switching from another supplier or placing a large order, we highly recommend ordering a small test print first.
